Accessibility statement
The Department for Digital Transformation is committed to making PA Webinar accessible, in line with Italian Law 4/2004, EU Directive 2016/2102 and AgID's guidelines on the accessibility of ICT tools.
Conformance status
PA Webinar is designed to conform to WCAG 2.1 level AA. Each administration providing the service must publish its own statement, indicating the actual conformance status (fully, partially or non conformant) based on an up-to-date assessment.
Non-accessible content
The video room is provided through Jitsi Meet: some real-time features may have limitations with assistive technologies. Content generated automatically by AI (transcripts, subtitles, translations and dubbing) may contain inaccuracies and is always flagged as such.
Preparation of this statement
This template statement was prepared on the basis of a self-assessment carried out by the service provider. The interface is built with the .italia design system, with attention to keyboard navigation, content semantics, colour contrast and screen-reader compatibility. The preparation and last-review dates must be filled in at publication time.
Feedback and contact
To report cases of non-conformance, or to request information and content excluded from the scope of the regulation, you can use the institutional contact channels of the administration providing the service, indicating the page concerned and a description of the problem.
Enforcement procedure
If the response is unsatisfactory or no reply is received within 30 days, you can contact AgID's Digital Civic Ombudsman (Difensore civico per il digitale).
Reuse and publication of the statement
PA Webinar is open-source software reusable by other administrations. Each body adopting the platform must prepare and publish its own accessibility statement through AgID's official form, replacing this template text with its own data.
